When forming Innovative Concepts, we asked ourselves a number of questions that we felt our clients would be asking as well.
Why can't I have a knowledgeable source of information for financial products that gives me the information without the sales pitch?
Why does every planner seek to replace my existing plans and programs with the latest and greatest concept?
Why can't my planner integrate my existing team of professional advisors into my planning process?
Why am I always told that what I've done in the past is good, but I can do better?
Why can't my planner de-mystify the process and just speak with me in terminology I understand?
Why do I have to move quickly to take advantage of something? Isn't a good deal today a good deal tomorrow as well?
Why do I feel that I don't participate in the process? I answer some questions, then magically an answer appears without any participation from me, and I am asked to approve it without having had any input.
Why do I always feel that I could have made a better decision if the planner had provided me with all of the information I didn't know I needed?
Why can't I have a solution presented in terms of options, so that I can make the best choice without feeling pressured to say yes or no to a single proposal?
It was these questions and many like them, which molded the formation of Innovative Concepts. We believe that the client is an integral part of forming a solution and that they play a vital role in the modeling and design phase of creating a solution that works for them. We offer a unique planning experience that utilizes existing relationships, and introduces new concepts and advisors when appropriate. Our clients know that they have gaps in their planning, and that they need to regularly review their planning in order to stay on course for meeting their goals. They want to have planning done with them, not at them. They want to make an informed decision, and have their questions answered, not their objections overcome by clever sales lines.
